In order to start the process of becoming one our valued customers, please send us an email or simply fill the inquiry form on website and we will be happy assist you!

Q: Can you export to international market?

A: We export our products to many countries around the world, including USA and UK.

Q: How do you handle shipping?
A: We work with a number of shipping companies to ensure that your goods get where they need go. We have strong partnerships and relationships, which means we can choose from different options for you depending on what is best suited in terms or route as well size/weight restrictions!

Q: What is the payment terms?

A: For large orders, we suggest that you prepay 30% in advance by wire transfer. Once your order is placed and received by us (or as soon it reaches our inventory), then remaining balance will be collected before shipment.

For smaller transactions under $2000 USD please make a one time payment so there are saved transaction fees spent on this small amount of money instead!

Q: What is the trading terms?

A: The most common modes of transport for international shipping is EXW, which reflects the true value behind any product.

We can also arrange shipment to your destination country if needed so that you don't have worry about it while focusing on what matters - works from abroad markets!

Q: Can you provide samples?

A: Of course! We're happy to provide samples so that you can evaluate the products before placing an order.

Samples are free, but please remember if there's any need for freight collect we will require an account number with shipping address with contact information on file as well.

Q: How long is the lead time?

A: We are always ready to help you with your order. The lead time usually ranges between 7 days for normal orders, and 30+ in some cases depending on the size of an item or project that needs fulfillment from our factory and warehouse location near Shanghai.
