The leak-proof, silicone liner mounted in the cap ensures that your specimens stay secure during transport. The external threads or internal threaded design minimizes liquid retention, and the white writing surface allows for easy specimen identification.

Choose from a variety of volumes, including 0.5ml, 1ml, 1.5ml, 1.8ml, 2ml, 5ml, and 10ml sizes and select between screwed cap or attached cap options, and cryogenic storage box.

Our cryotubes are specially designed to endure liquid nitrogen low temperatures. They are made of high quality material that can withstand -196°C liquid phase and liquid nitrogen temperatures (cryogenic temperatures). The vials have a white polypropylene screw cap with a rubber O-ring seal that provides a leak-proof seal.
They are also autoclavable and rnase dnase free, non pyrogenic. The cryotubes can be used for storing biological specimens such as cells, tissues, DNA, RNA, and proteins. They are also suitable for storage temperature range from general cold storage refrigeration (+4°C) down to the vapor phase of liquid nitrogen.
